1. Facilitation of cooperation and exchanging information within FCGI members organizations to meet the main objective of FCGI by carrying out 2 - 3 weekly meetings.

These activities to facilitate cooperation and exchanging information within FCGI members organizations are held by the FCGI through either internal regular FCGI meeting or meeting with the government and other related government institutions, i.a.: the National Committee on Corporate Governance (NCCG), the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (BAPEPAM), etc. Other dialogue and exchanging information is carried out through donor coordination forum organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) by involving several respective institution, i.a: World Bank, USAid, and all those kinds of stuff with the NCCG and the FCGI as the Indonesian counterparts.

Within the year 2000 - 2001 there are 27 FCGI meetings which in average there are 2 up to 3 meetings every month. Several various topics are discussed in the meetings, for instance from the contents of the Code of Good Corporate Governance up to the action plan and the strategies to implement the Code. Having the sustainability of the dialogue and exchanging information, the FCGI initiate to produce several action plans to socialize Good Corporate Governance amongst Indonesian business community and public at large.
